Hard to believe it, but we are officially in the last few hours of 2015. As we bid a warm farewell to the past 12 months, it's time too, to reflect on what we accomplished this past year. For me it was a pretty good year and it might sound strange to some that I'm looking forward to seeing my grades for the past semester. How about you, was last year good for you? If it didn't live up to your high standards, there's something you can do to rectify the situation this next time coming around...do you know what I'm talking about? Like most of us, I am also one of those who makes resolutions and breaks them. So I actually had a hard time coming up with a good one this year. What’s the point of addressing all your shortcomings if you’re just going to go ahead and do the “wrong” thing anyway, right? But I decided to turn the tables and come up with a sort-of positive resolution. Here goes: make more alone time with my boyfriend, Buddy. Do you have any resolutions of your own? That's OK, some are private, you don't have to share, just testing you.
So, I wish you a happy New Year—hope you spend this year with the ones you love.
Do you have any plans for the big day today - looks like tomorrow too - got any special celebrations in mind? I’m planning to hang with friends and my boyfriend in Detroit for a big party at a big club—I always love ringing in the the New Year with close friends, and many not so close friends. Guess who those friends are - the close ones, haven't met the not so close ones yet. Well, you might have read my post about going to see The Stone Temple Pilots, and you know the other groupies I hooked up with? Well, that's who we're going to ring in the New Year with. Since the concert at the Fillmore, we've stayed in touch and even gone out clubbing in Detroit a few times. Here's what I wore one time:
It's one of my Go Go girl outfits. Had some problems with the makeup; it looked spectacular in the dorm's window, and in the photo it makes me look like John Water's Divine - a little. Have a few more photos, so maybe I'll do a Go Go Girl post. I'm not going to wear this outfit tonight. What will I wear, you ask? For now it's a secret, but you can check back here again for the full scoop. Hmm, New Year's is less than for hours away, usually I'm in bed at this time. So, I'd better finish up here, Buddy is chomping at the bit.
